When you do something wrong, you don't necessarily want to think about it again. You don't want to dwell on the errors. You want to move forward without looking back.
Taking the time to look over your errors is important, however.
How are you going to learn if you don't look at what you did wrong? How are you going to learn if you ignore what you're missing?
Errors are hard to admit and bad to dwell on, but they are also helpful. Make sure that you think about your errors long enough to learn how to not do them again. Then, happily move on.
