One change can make many differences

When the story you're writing just isn't working, there are some small changes you can make to help you find your way again.

Just one change can have a huge impact.

Change the sex of your main character. Change the decade your story is taking place in. Change the setting from town to country or from Earth to another planet.

A book is made up of many details. If your book isn't working at the moment, try changing one of those details and see if it helps you find what you have been missing.
