Any vacation can be a writing vacation

Summer is coming and, consequently, a lot of people will be travelling. Often, this means a break from writing as you can't always find—or want to find—time in front of a computer when there are so many new things to see and do.

That's fine.

It's good even.

A writing break always has its advantages.

That doesn't mean that you can't move your writing forward, however. Every part of your trip can help feed your writing.

The architecture. The voices. The conversations. The sights.

All of it can be integrated into your writing. So, even if you aren't writing a story or novel while you're travelling, you can still feed your writing concepts and ideas.

Don't write off your vacation as no writing time. Just make it a writing inspiration vacation.
