Don't sprint to the finish line

Accomplishing something is great.

Writing "the end" is so amazing.

Finishing a task is satisfying.

Sometimes, it's a little too satisfying.

Sometimes, you're in a hurry to get the end of your project so you can feel that accomplishment. As tempting as it may be, don't rush to get there.

Don't get stuck writing the same line over and over again so your ending is perfect, but also don't speed to the end. Take the time you need. Take the breaks that are required to keep your brain fresh. Keep your focus.

The end isn't moving. You can take the time to get there.
