Start thinking about what you want to achieve next year based on what you did this year.
Finished a first draft? How far do you want to get with your editing next year?
Took a course? How are you going to apply that learning?
Couldn't get through writing a full novel? Work on writing a short story and getting it published this year.
Put some goals down based on the work you did this year to move forward the next.
