Different point of view = different mind

There are many reasons to use more than one point of view in your writing.

Some characters might know things other don't. Your characters might be in completely different locations that all deserve some time in the spotlight. Moving between characters might help grow suspense, humour, or tension.

So go ahead and move between points of view if that works for your story. But don't forget that a different point of view means a completely different person.

Your different narrators might have different opinions about the people they both know. They might have different impressions of an event they both lived. They might foresee different outcomes to the same event.

Use different points of view as works for you, but make sure that you don't just use them to see different locations and actions. Make sure that your points of view come with their own personalities and thoughts as well.

Oh the possibilities this brings to your writing!
